If you used Paypal, just keep an eye on the 45-day window you're allowed to file a claim in, and file if you haven't received the items by then. Should ensure that you at least get your money back, in the end, if things don't get shipped (this is true of any company).

It's Saturday night where i am, the package would actually have been delivered Friday morning but we were out at the time, went down the post office this morning with my 'something for you' slip, came back home well chuffed as i thought i was picking something up for the wife. So, from Poland to Northern Ireland took about 48 hours and that was with flat rate shipping at USD8.00, they must have had a cargo plane sitting on the runway ready to go!

I ordered 3 sets of the weapon carriages, giving me 6 in total, enough for 2 heavy weapon squads and all for around 30 dollars, about 20 pounds sterling. The carriages are about the same size as FW DKK i'd say. The casts are really good, really crisp details, mould lines are barely perceptible, there was a tiny bit of flash on a couple of the wheels and some of the trails but that was about it. There was also 1 or 2 air bubbles in the resin but they were minimal, pin prick sized to be honest, nothing to get worried about.

I deliberately left the gun shield off the lascannon and autocannon as they don't fit properly without coming into contact with the carriage wheels. The heavy bolter will take a shield ok but i actually prefer the one without it.

Quite glad i ordered from them after all, the carriages are very cool and characterful and would suit any Imperial Guard, Traitor or Ork army, i want to equip one squad with heavy bolters and am toying with the idea of mounting the other squad with mortars. Dunno how long it would take to ship to North America or Australia but they seem professional enough. Maybe i just got lucky, or the planets were all in alignment, but i'll be ordering from them again!

I'm glad they arrived! Perhaps he's noticed the bad press and is trying to send things out when they're ordered...

They look quite nice. When/if news starts of fast delivery starts to become the norm, I might buy some stuff from them. They certainly have some nice kits I'd be interested in.

Found this topic with the search engine when trying to find out if others have had issues with Forge Planet
I placed my order 1 month ago, and received an order confirmation, after that: nothing at all.
I've e-mailed them twice, no response as of yet.
Though I do find it comforting to know that people here have (eventually) received their order, I'm going to give it a few more days before I try to get my money back through paypal. Very disappointing... They don't even have to cast anything I ordered so that couldn't possibly be an excuse

Has anyone dealt with Forge Planet recently?

Their website is still up and running and I really like the look of their quad anti air cannon kit. I'm not too fussed that they take ages to arrive but just want to know if they are still operating.
