Here is a commission work I completed a short bit ago. A Limited Edition Warhammer 40K Imperial Guard Catachan Jungle Fighter Colonel. The customer wanted it to match closely to the box cover art. I matched it mostly with a few minor changes here and there.


Reminds me strongly of Carl Weathers in the "Predator" movie from the 80's.

Here is my latest work. Just completed it today. A Warhammer 40K Dark Angels Primaris Space Marines Chaplain. It is from the Indomitus boxed set.

I did change out the head for a cowled head to make him more Dark Angelly. I wish that they had given this model the skull helmet of most chaplains. Oh well.

Here is my latest work. Warhammer 40K Drukhari "Dark Eldar" Drazhar- Master of Blades. This is the newer plastic version. It is a much more dynamic model than the original. I like the larger base they made for this model. The original was so narrow at the feet it had balance issues. They fixed that problem with this version. I painted this model close to the box cover photo. Just a few minor differences.

Here is one of my latest works. Adeptus Custodes Captain Valerian - Custodian of the Hykanatoi Brotherhood. This model is from the Black Library Celebration 2020 boxed set.

The model is clear coated with Testors spray dull coat then brush on gloss coat over the metallic parts of the model to bring that shine back up.

I completed this model last week and placed it up for sale on eBay auction last Friday September 5, 2020 on a seven day auction listing.

Here is one of my latest works. A converted model for use in Warhammer 40K as an Inquisitor. I had this model in a blister pack for a long time. It is a metal model from Excelsior. A sculpt from 1999. I think it was part of the Warzone line. I changed out the weapons and painted her up as an Inquisitor. She turned out ok for an Inquisitor with a power blade and plasma pistol. I added a Forge World brass etched Aquila to her "chest area" armor. Used a resin 3d printed terrain base from Battle-base.com.

Here is a recent work of mine. A metal Reaper Miniatures "Darkrasp - Death Priest."

This is the metal version of this model. I have had it in the blister pack for a while and decided it was his time. Put him on a round base and covered around the slab he is attached to. Did NMM on him. Painted his little jar thingy hanging on his chain like it has souls trapped in it. Painted the scroll to look like it is made of skin.

Here is one of my latest works. It is an old metal version of Warhammer 40K Eldar / Aeldari Phoenix Lord Maugan Ra. I went a little different but not much from how most people see this model. black with bone but I put more reds by painting the weapon blade and the top of the banner icon to look like they are red hot metal. I have had this model sitting around bare metal for a long time and decided it was his time to get painted. The model is pinned to the base and it is clear coated.

Here is one of my latest works. A Dark Angels Primaris Space Marines "Firestrike" Servo-Turret. I painted it to look a little battle worn. The weapon systems are interchangeable. It includes both twin accelerator autocannon and twin las-talon parts. The model is clear coated. The turret is rotatable and removeable.

Here is one of my latest works. A Warhammer 40K Grey Knights Space Marines Castellan Garran Crowe. This is the metal version of this model.

Here are some recent works. All are Wizkids Dungeons & Dragons Monsters. A Blue Dragon Wyrmling, a group of very tiny Imps and Quasits, an Owlbear, two Xorn and a Rust Monster (my favorite D&D monster).

All are made of a slightly bendy plastic (not a fan of that) but are all pre-primed right out of the package. They take pretty well to paint but I have been using a brush on clear coat instead of the Testors spray Dull coat. Used Citadel Technical Stormshield for the clear coating. These are fun little models. They have decent details but not quite as well as hard plastic or metal. I have been selling these models on eBay. So, you can check them out there.
