On the charge thats 12 attacks (including the singing spear throws). If the monolith moved then that's 6 hits and 2 pens making a destroyed result occur 55.5% of the time, which is actually probable. If the monolith did not move then the probability of a destroyed result goes up to around 75%.
It's not definite, but even if one gets taken out before they reach the monolith the seers would still probably win assuming another round of combat with three is better than one with four.

It's only 8, warlocks have 1 attack each and Singing Spears are two-handed, so they only get the bonus attack for charging.

Sorry. I included thrown singing spears as attacks just for the sake of it. In reality they would hit on 3s rather than 4s so the results may actually be better than I said, but definitely not worse.

Doh, forgot SSpears hit on 3s when thrown, so that means they get 0.445556 penetrating hits. Add 1.336 from the hits against a non-moving Monolith = 1.781556 penetrating hits, and 0.593258148 Wrecked or better results.
If the Monolith moved, which is most likely, that becomes 1.113556 penetrating hits and 0.370814148 wrecked or better results.

Shooting a non-moving 'lith:
4 shots, 2.668 hits, 0.445556 penetrating hits.
In Combat:
8 Auto-hits, 1.336 penetrating hits
Added together is 1.781556 hits...
