The Falchion replaces the turret sprue of the Fellblade with two new sprues for the cannon, while the Spartan Prometheus trades the lascannon arrays sprue for the laser destroyers and gravis heavy bolter frame that we know from the Fellblade.
Looks like some influencers (god I hate that word) got the whirlwind and it was meant to come out today as well, so looks like a manufacturing problem somewhere maybe? Do they still print all the boxes abroad? Or maybe too busy with making the new 40k launch set so didn’t have space to make the whirlwind…? Who knows

Did the term reviewer drop out of existence?
I guess what else do they do?
If someone gets pre-release products, evaluates them, posts content then they are a reviewer.
Which I get is a subset of what influencers do.
I think reviewers is more akin to a news reporter. They look at facts and details, set some context, evaluate and report. While you can never divorce the person from the actions 100%, as everyone had bias and opinions, they at least try to be fair, or are open about their slant.
Influencers might review products, but they are the product they are trying to sell. Their personality is part of the draw. I also expect to see a wider range of stuff from them. chats, interviews, podcasts, opinion pieces, etc. IMHO they are entertainers first, newscasters second.
Not that there is anything wrong with either side. And from a GW POV handing out advance copies, probably worth doing both.

No , but it is reserved for people that bought a product they review and or have significant integrity of charachter.
Which is simply not the case for most in the warhammer sphere and or those that have actively partnered with gw.

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units." Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?" Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?" GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!" Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.
I'm sure the Whirlwind will be up for preorder next week, hopefully along with the much needed MESBG stuff. Also, we need a new preview show because 40K is getting bloody annoying now.

Really helpful as always Stahly! Quick question though, I've seen some other reviews which mention the seams on the barrels as a bit of a problem - just wondering if you had any thoughts on that...?

Looking ahead I'm thinking that a MKII Command Squad kit is an easy win for GW, but curious to see what offering they have for Questoris and Mechanicum.
I'd imagine they would introduce such things though a new edition boxed game. So the last edition was MK3 and MK6, with this one being Saturnine armour and MK2s.
