I really would like at least one Javelin but to be honest CC Myrmidons would be even better.

Playing mostly Necromunda and Battletech, Malifaux is awesome too!

I'd imagine it would be something on the Knight-Titan side of things, given that other armies have already had their offerings...

Warhound.
Magaera / Styrix.
Repackaged Dominus..
Stompy robot journal.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

Techpriests. Plastic.

You need them to field an army. Yet there’s no dedicated model.

Techpriests would not just be good but rather "why was this added before" good.

While the Mk 4 armour will no doubt be popular, Heresy needs a new release with a bit more impact. How about a recon-themed box, with a Sabre, a Javelin, Outrider bikers and a sprue of Recon Squad weapons? I bet that would sell...

Don't give me hope. (Also Outrider Attack Bikes please)

I don't disagree, but to some extent you already have broad pickings.

You have the new resin archmagos prime, the resin macrotek enginseer, the plastic tech-priest dominus, the plastic tech-priest manipulus, the plastic technoarchaeologist, the plastic servitor underseer, the plastic cybernetica datasmith, and the plastic techpriest enginseer, to say nothing of what a kitbash opportunity techpriests present.

I'd love a generic tech-priest kit with a bunch of options, but I'd totally not blame GW for focusing on stuff that has no plastic options yet, such as Domitar and Arlatax.

Currently ongoing projects:

I'm hoping Mark IV was pushed out quickly to allow for some upgrade sprues/units built off that design, like destroyers, recon marines etc. It would be nice to see some key gaps in the actual legion list filled with plastic kits

There's no new resin Archmagos prime, only the optional Magos in the Draykavac kit - and that's not exactly new. Or do you mean the plastic one on foot with no options?

But you're right, there're loads of models, you could add the Necromunda Heretek (don't even need to convert this guy, he has a legal loadout).

And if they release a HH kit they should better make it a box with at least three models, The naked Tech-priest has only frag-grenades and far too many weapon options for a single sprue, even if it contains only a quarter of them. And if you want to field several of them you don't want the same model over and over again.
