Aye, I am. But as far as I know my job consists of managing the number of recruits and the roster of the company as a whole. Occasionally Avon' gives me an additional duty on top of this, such as with the Command Squad promotions.
I'm not in charge of who gets assigned to which squad as far as I know, or at least I haven't been told I am by ze Chapter Master.

Well a normal marine it's probably a small animal of some sort.
A Hellsing Crusader however can juggle CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORTs with ease...
