Business as usual for the bank holiday then, good to know. Nice to see some photos of the kill team tournament. I'm still disappointed in the turnout but at the same time the grub was good and the game itself was very entertaining.

Hey, I'll give you a game of 40k if you want. I can bring 1750pt of orks no probs. Still a bit iffy on the new rules but I think I got the jist of um.

Got my grubby mitts on something interesting today, the starter set for Warlord Game's Pike and Shotte rules. Not a bad deal all things considered (I only paid £48) particularly since the rulebook is a full colour hard back affair. Now my problem is figuring out whether I'm more interested in the Italian Wars, Tudor Wars, Thirty Years War, English Civil Wars or Wars of the Sun King. Currently I'm really torn between the TYW and ECW as both are very interesting conflicts and offer some really appealing modelling and painting opportunities. I'll probably have the rule book with me on monday if anyone want's a look.

Been without the net for much of the weekend due to being off the beaten track aka 'Lincolnshire'.

I also want the chaos models, so am happy to do a swap with someone wants the Dark Angels. I will probably be buying 2 box sets eventually, so will have a spare mini rulebook available.

Great game of Malifaux last night Gorillawizard, I was expecting to lose horribly until turn 4, in the end 6-1 was a little bit lopsided.

Yeah it was a good game, i played again tonight and only just lost 7-6 with Sonnia against Lilith. I only lost cos Lilith put a wound on my supply wagon so only got 2 vp's instead of 4.

Nick remember to try and find your metal skorne cyclop savages and ill give you £10 for the pair, my skorne are coming all beware!!

Should be picking up Croe's Cutthroats tomorrow, might be able to spring for 50 pts or try out Gangs of Five Fingers on Tuesday.

It will be Deadlands on Tuesday, since Dark Heresy has finished if any of you guys (or anyone else) wanted to carry on with a RPG, there are spaces if anyone wants to join in.
