Jbucketmaster- Paulson has said that all of the mecha will unlock for both scales simultaneously from now on. The only mech not yet unlocked for 6mm is the Blackfrost mech.
Weapon options will be added for all the variant loadouts in 6mm at the 12K stretch goal.
At 13K, the first heavy mech unlocks in both scales, 6mm and 15mm!

From this point on they will be available at the same unlock rate as the 15mm versions so if the whole line funds then yes all the 6mm ones will also be available.

Quick question for any uk backers of us kickstarters, I've heard a few nightmare stories about vat charges and wondered what peoples experiences were.

To give him the authentic KS experience, we need to get Azazelx to pledge and then pull it on the last day. Otherwise it's not quite the same.
I'll go in for 2 mediums and 2 heavies (I figure we'll get to the Wolverine fo sho, maybe the Blackwolf) and then I'll have 5 mecha per side. I've had my cards made for a while, I even made myself a custom D12 with the hit locations to make it one less chart to consult. I know it's outside the scope of this campaign, but that would be a nice thing to have.

Having to try and buck all the trends and use d12s those bastards are friggin expensive compared to more common dice like d6s or even d10s. I can get a custom engraved d6 for about 50 cents, d12 runs 1.20 which is stupidly high for dice. Even bulk ordering several thousand doesn't seem to drop the price much.
International stuff from my web store hasn't ever seem to have met with delivery horror stories that I'm aware of. The boxes tend to be pretty small and light so the customs people probably don't care much

If anything, there is a secret ploy to keep people from using d12s. Anyone heard from Leviathans lately? No? The d12 could use a PSA. Maybe with Jon Paulson saying "it gets better." Now would be the time to post a pic, monsieur.

Paulson Games. It gets better. Automatically Appended Next Post: Here goes nothing. My camera had no batteries, the good camera is at work (for all of my soon to be on eBay stuff) and all I had was... my tablet. Don't laugh!
The dice itself, with Goshawk
Dice with Raptor and Lynx
Lynx with my old Medium Mecha stand-in, a Dust German whatsitnot. Most probably soon to become a Sentinel.
Lynx with another Medium(I thought) kitbash for a mercenary force from the Cree Nation (my fluff)
Lynx with a Heavy stand-in, a Dust German whatsitnot-B. Most probably too big for a Sentinel.
And for the old romantics, I thought I would make a Light Mecha kitbash for the Cree Nation mercenaries... bonus internet points for the first one to shout the answer.

Customs will charge you VAT (20%) on anything valued at over £15 (including shipping)
The post office (or courier) will charge you for the privilege of collecting the tax (RM is £8, most couriers are about £12)
so plan for that and be thankful if customs does not stop it
You may be liable for Import Duty on goods over £135 or so (typically 5-9% depending on exactly what things are classified as but some stuff like boardgames are zero rated anyway and I've never had it come up))

That paperwork is very fiddly. No arguments there.
Of course, that can end up shifting the risk around the other way, which isn't good, but I'm sure you know that, and a lot of the backers seem to be community members, which also (hopefully) reduces it a bit.

Oh my god! It's tappered off, the lack of stretch goals is going to kill this campaign. You should unlock more stuff. I think the value isn't there for the lowest pledges/I'm not getting enough free stuff.
What? It's been at least three hours since we smashed a stretch goal...

If you don't already have a copy here's links to the rules, keep in mind they still are WIP so there's a lot of formatting and re-organization that needs to be done, but it's a decent peek at the core of the system.

I had a quick question for Paulson-
On the Neo-Bloc, did you start with bird names and change to non-bird names for a reason? The other mechs seem to stay in the same veins through all classes. Just wondering. Thanks!

Ergh. I can afford 2x Micro Armour Combat Patrol + an extra or two or 1x 15mm Combat Patrol. 15mm allows magnetization and swaps, while (apparently) the 6mm stuff doesn't so much.
Anyone had any luck magnetizing the 6mm stuff? Any thoughts on if the metal would hold up?

I hope Jon has good ventilation. If he does all of that resin casting from home and the fumes get to him... we might see some crazy ideas/photos of piles of book burning soon.
I was going to paint vehicles for my Astra Militarum army... but I think I want to get back into my buildings for this game. Maybe twist Ironbovin's arm a bit so we get another few playtests in.

That was a very sad and painful campaign to read about.
I sincerely hope he got the help he needed, or at least found the peace he sought.
As someone with around two dozen+ campaigns under his belt, however, I'd be awfully angry at someone who just set fire to my backer tier rewards.
... and now I know what I'll be getting from PG: ashes. :-(
