Supposedly my Steel Legion Commissar and officer are shipped, so I guess I got one of the last commissars before they dropped the mold or whatever? Couldn’t stomach shelling out for the basic squads and $35 heavy weapons models. I bought 5 steel legion boxes at their $35 price when they first discontinued them. If I need more heavy weapons I may have to go through alternate methods.

MTO's are always first send what they have available, then fill up rest. This is normal feature that has been done by GW...Ummm...When was first MTO done? That far back away anyway. Don't recall when they introduced MTO's.
