Well, here are some pics of my WIP warlord. For all the purists out there, yes, I know the gatling mega bolter is usually in the arm, I just think it looks better this way. Also, I know the head doesn't look like a Warlord's head. I just liked the look of the Forgeworld epic scale reaver head, so I coppied it.

Critiques and suggestions are very welcomed.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I do think you should copy a Warlord head instead, it should be a lot deeper and cylindrical in section. Try a heume for inspiration. Warlords have five crew in the head, Princeps and four Moderati, you need more space.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

I actually have a usable scale for the head. I took crew into account when I made it. I have a few spare sentinel drivers, so I placed them in a mock-up of the head. There was still more than enough room for equipment, and body movement.

As for the shape of the head, I agree with you in a way, but this was easier to do, plus I just prefer the angular look, as that is what the rest of the model has.

I just wish that my camera picked up the detail a bit better. Oh well, it will come up better after painting.

Sugestion, BIGGER PICS and some idea of scale. Looks great so far.
