It's nice to see you're slowly moving away from copying GW and into your own territory (with the background and such), so please continue that development.
As for bits/products, here are my suggestions:
mounted hologram projector: kind of like this.
Corpses: dead Exo Lords in various types of armour and poses.
Small drones: I'd imagine the Exo Lords could use various types of drones to scout ahead. Some could be flying, others crawling, etc.
Fancy commander kits: You're Exo Lords need a leader figure, but a model that's truly inspiring, so more detail, a heroic pose, extra bits, etc.
Breast plates are fine, you just want it to be more like this:

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE - Now on all order £35 or over for a trial period!
Now Ive made that little announcment
Thanks for the suggestions guys!
@Barzam and Newabortion Ill consider those, probably a smaller "add on" kits for the black ops.
Im generally moving away from anything to "spacey" as Im gearing toward my game universe trying to figure out exactly the direction I want to take it in, but I already have a rough outline of a nearish-future earth bound conflict.
@LDD - what are you planning to use the arms for?
Im a bit unsure about the regiments parts at the moment, trying to get the scale correct. The fatigue rifle arms for example, look silly on Cadian Torsos because they are a lot less bulky. Ill be putting them on my own regiments figures where they will be mostly built into the torsos and scale match nicely.
Im generally leaning toward just focusing on the full figure kits, rather than trying to make sure every component is compatible with existing plastic ranges.
@Big H - Thanks! Yes the command and veteran teams should all be available within the next 2-3 weeks. Ive got a sniper team on my desk - the sniper is standing and the spotter kneeling. I might do a second team also, depends how long it takes to do this first one. Forward grips will feature in both the new teams.
@Icesword - thanks very much, we certainly do our best to offer top notch quality and customer service!
@Ovion - No plans there Im afraid, There are a few other exo-lord kits planned, but I want to do Tanks, Mech, Terrain, game rules etc etc so I wont be creating any more "counts as" figures any time soon.
The other issue with female figures, as Malika points out, is that its really hard to get them looking female but not ridiculous.
@Malika - Black Ops commander coming soon, other generic Exo Lord figures are a possibility, Drones will definatly feature in my war game!
I might do some corpses at some point, but its not a priority as with the same amount of work, I could make some new figure poses!
Cheers,
Joel

Joel actually I am glad you said that I want more realistic arms anyway, I am trying to build figures based on an Apoc style setting (using several sources) but with a more realistic feel an look.
So these will be used for special ops teams, gangers ect, this was why I was waiting for them to be released to fill a need.
I really would like to see some arms and torsos in military style jumpers, jerkins and tact vest as well, as your current range is very special forces orientated these might tie with your style ?
Although not to Sci-Fi if you get my drift, just this way they can be used for several aspects of gaming without being period/style tied.
I hope this helps some towards an explanation.

OK. While my money is tight this pay, that's enough to get me to pull the trigger on payday instead of keeping on putting it off. Automatically Appended Next Post: Joel, any chance of variations of modern military helmets that would fit in with the Black Ops figures?
I'm thinking Ops-Core helmets - some in barebones form, as well as some variously with the ear, face protection and goggles added on.
Ops-core:

And another variant - you can see the base helmet, and ear, face and goggle additions in layers over the top.

Any/all of these would go well with the black ops figures, as they're less "space marine" and more realistic military. Have a look, anyway...

Well damn. xD I know that if you had, I'd have brought starting my Sisters army forward and buying it all from you instead - impeccable resin quality wins over 15-20 year old expensive metal sculpts.

Drones sounds really cool - they would be much wanted.
One thing I think would be a mistake, is if you only do the regiment arms as part of the torsos. The marked is screaming for parts to use on other minis and as conversion bits, don't loose out on that.
Second - I'll go all the way to the UK and hold that good old gun to you forehead if you try anything like that - simple, efficient - it's the only way to be sure.........

Sounds good to me. Here I was going to suugest a space armor, too. Well, if you're going to try and focus on a terrestrial conflict, how about a naval armor? Something that could be deployed via submarine for beach assaults or naval boarding actions.
Have you considered doing any figures or just arms with integrated weapons?

@LDD - Yep definately doing some modern special forces style regiments figures.
@Azazelx - Thanks for the links! Good plan, Ill be doing some helmets like that for the regiments figures and not too much trouble to print it in exo-Lord scale also.
@Big H - I was thinking more flying drones, but I guess some land based breach/bomb disposal/bomb delivery ones might be a good idea if I can get round to it!
@Manus - Yep they will be available separately for people wanting to attempt conversions, Its just hard to product something which will work with every kit on the market! Ill put up a few decent scale photos.
Just make sure you threaten me with a small resin gun :p
@Barzam - Im not sure exactly what you mean about figures/arms with weapons??
Attached is a small new product requested by quite a few people, available in a few days, Fusion Pistol!
You can also see the sniper team coming together in the background!

Are the other heads and rifles on your site compatible with the Tox Troopers? I think they'd make some gorgeous Renegade guard outfitted with heretic rifles and given the hairy and hooded heads from your range.

@Malika - We already have the exo-lord launcher and carapace launcher, Ill be doing a few bigger ones, if thats what you meant, when I come to do some vehicles!
@Mr Omega - Im afraid not. The parts you mention are at least two times too big! The MOTN range is a separate range done in a different scale to all my stuff, some of my planned "regiments" products might be the right scale, but nothing that will convert easily.
We can on request, mix and match the MOTN parts sometimes - for example tox troopers can be supplied with the hooded Crowmantian milita heads.

I mean kind of like how the Grey Knights have their bolters actually mounted onto their arms, leaving their hands free. There's a figure in Mercs in the Keizai Waza faction with a similar setup as well. Something mounted directly onto the armor like that could be kind of neat.

I obviously haven't been following Anvil closely enough. Those bare arms in "Regiments" scale are awesome and so perfect for a number of projects I had in mind there aren't even words for it.
I want to thank you for saving me from ever having to look at those fething offensively bad Catachan arms ever again.
I will definitely be placing an order with you guys somewhere down the line - money can be a tad elusive, especially around Kickstarters.

I think Bullpup would be kind of hard to do. Can you imagine trying to get any mini to actually hold a Bullpup in a firing pose? Plus, with the way the arms work with the guns, I don't think you'd really even be able to tell.

Anvil has advanced several steps in terms of sculpt quality since they've begun which is good. Credit to the owner for sticking in there and improving constantly.
I've also heard from several angles now about the level of quality put into the casting, and that is one of the hardest things to achieve when running a 3rd party bitz store. So very much well done there.

Thanks Everyone,
@Livanbard - Thanks for the photo! Im glad you like the components.
The upcoming Black Ops command squad will include a small satellite communications device which will also be available separately.
@Barzam - No plans for inbuilt weapons at the moment, but when I redesign the Exo-Lords for my wargame they will definately feature some equipment like that!
@Username Invalid - the Bare arms are the same scale as Forgeworld elysian, this means they dont really work with GW Guard Plastics all that well.
We are still deciding what to do about our regiments range - I lean toward just focusing on the complete kits, where scale is less of an issue, rather than conversion parts where we have to constantly be thinking "what are people going to want to use this for".
Im hoping to release a lot of different regiments kits, so there should hopefully be something which suits your projects!
@ BULLPUP commentors - No plans at the moment, basically its a cool idea but at this scale its a pain with the arm, and as the mag is then covered anyway by the arm, its hard to pull off properly.
@Ketara - Thanks very much, We certainly dont compromise on the casting quality! Resin has a bad reputation and we want to do everything we can to improve it!
@Malika - I will be releasing track unit mouted missile launchers as part of the regiments range at some point.
---------------------------
Anyone out there need to take out a target from several miles away?
NEW - BLACK OPS MASTER SNIPER TEAM
A Marksman/Spotter team with lethal M88 Negotiator and enhanced optical range finding equipment. The figures also have lighter armour than the regular Black Ops figures, and Camouflage Cloaks.
I had a lot of fun making these figures, as designing them as single piece casts gave me total control over the equipment and posing - the Marksman is sighting directly down the rifle for example.
I hope you like them! Command Squad coming soon.
Cheers,
Joel

Skulls are practically TM by GW at this point, so good call on sticking with rocks Joel.
I recently used one of your cloaks with some GW stuff. Generally they fit great on plastic marines, but the more ornate metal veterans require a bit of modification. You be the judge on how it looks (Don't hold my painting against it!)
