Don't buy
GW's hype. That configuration of Autarch simply won't achieve anything worthwhile for its cost. Either keep it foot-slogging and relatively cheap, or go for the full bike-riding, lance-wielding death machine.
The Farseer doesn't need bodyguard, and he sure doesn't need Embolden (unnecessary, usually) or Conceal (literally useless with 4+ rune armour). Also, for that price, you'd be better off geting Eldrad Ulthran. He'd only be 75 more points than your Farseer alone, and worth every one of them, especially at 2k points. Hell, I'd consider taking him even at 1k.
Guardians are all right, but without an Avatar on the table, they're really prone to running away. You can still field them without one, but if that's the case, I think you ought to try and keep them cheap. Instead of adding Warlocks, just use cover--or if you really really do want a Warlock, use cover anyway, and give them Embolden instead. Taking a missile launcher or scatter instead of a
BL would also shave off points, but it depends on the
AT capabilities of the rest of your army. Since you're using
FDs, I think it is safe to go practically Lance-less, as the only thing the
FDs can't handle is a Monolith, which is immune to the lance effect anyway.
Those Rangers don't seem like they'd achieve much, either. Sniper rifles are best combined with Doom, which you don't have. I suggest dropping them. If you do keep them, you might consider making them Pathfinders--another +1 to cover save, and double the chances of an AP1 shot, are worth 5 points in my book--and adding a sixth squad member due to how scoring works. In this list, though, I foresee points being tight (at least if you take my suggestions

), so I would simply drop the lot of them.
Your Vypers are hogging too many points,
IMHO. If you
must use them, arm them cheaply--scatters are good,
EML okay due to the range,
BL, please no. And above all, don't field them in squadrons.
The War Walkers don't need Spirit Stones. Save the points.
The Wraithlord is hardly ever going to get into
CC. No one's going to charge it unless they're 1) able to tie it up indefinitely and/or 2) badass enough to kill it. As for charging things with it, 6" move? No Fleet of Foot? Forget it! It would be a better idea to give him
BL +
EML instead, as you don't have that much anti-tank. If you still want the star cannon, accompany it with a an
EML or scatter. Just please no wraith sword. You'll regret it 90% of games.
Also without Doom, the executioner is better than mirror swords, and War Shout is unnecessary in any case (too chancey). For the Scorpions, the claw, despite its reduced
Str from 3rd ed, is still the better choice. The only time you'll want the biting blade is when you're attacking immobile vehicles, but that doesn't happen too often.
You have a transport mismatch here. The 6 man
FD squad should go in the Falcon. The Banshee squad should lose the Exarch, go up to the max size of 10, and go in the Serpent, or you will often find their killing power falls short.
Still on the transports, both your weapon and upgrade configurations are not optimal. Holofield + Spirit Stones is an absolutely indispensable combination, and Vectored Engines is only slightly less valuable. The combination makes the Falcon ridiculously unkillable. The Wave Serpent has no such luck, but you still ought to give it Spirit Stones (a stunned transport = very bad) and Vectored Engines (a crashed, destroyed transport = disastrous). Get these before splashing out on Star ENgines, handy though they may be. Weapon-wise, why the star cannon spam? You should be using Banshees for that,
FDs if there are no tanks, and the star cannon on the Wraithlord (if you keep it). Furthermore, you will find that you are not often afforded the luxury of actually shooting--the Falcon will usually spend practically every turn shaken, and the Wave Serpent, if it doesn't simply die quickly (which is not uncommon if you're careless with positioning), likewise. With that in mind, I suggest either shuriken cannons or scatter lasers. The advantage of the shuricannon is, of course, that it's significantly cheaper, but the scatter laser wins out (at least for me) for the fact that its range will allow an immobilised Falcon/
WS to still have an impact on the game. I personally go with scatter + extra shuricannon, but only if points allow it.
