Macross/SDF-1 12 I just remembered why else I don't like the Klingon Bird of Prey. Scaling problems. The size of that bird was all over the map, from episode to episode. Sometimes even from shot to shot.

Everything's relative. Especially in the middle of space where there are no static objects to compare size and distance with. Is the bird of prey bigger or is the Enterprise just smaller? Or maybe it's just gotten farther away. I choose to blame the Enterprise for changing sizes and making the bird of prey look bad.
