Considering 'cheese' is usually a title given by people who have just lost a game either due to their own mistakes or simply because the person they were playing was better than them, I'd say 'never' is the answer to this threads question.

Are the 3 pie-plates legal? If the answer is yes, then there is no problem.

There are imbalances within the game, but let's call them what they are - imbalances. They're genuine problems with the game.

But if someone is complaining about a certain legal combination, chances are it's because they lost to it/don't know how to defeat it.
