well he had one more of the same exosquat, plus those cool op walls you see skalk working on, but I couldnt get those from him.. oh and a freind of mine who hasent showed up in a while came in with some old editions of 40k, and lots of cool stuff including the stat card for the bike I have so I'll throw some pics at you guys later

HAH HA HA your so funny mate so funny I bought the tank battalion box years ago as some guy on ebay was selling them rather cheap

I have a use for them just finding the time, shift work kills me I never have any time

I like the look of the Squat with the quilted Flak Jacket and forage cap..exactly as Grimm is described in the Inquisition Wars Trilogy (Ian Watson)- the first -=I=- novel, and the first mention of Jokaero weapons (the spy flies)

I think you're right, but it was originally called Inquisitor when it was released. And surely the first mention of Jokaero weapons was RT.

woh guys dakka wasnt working for me all day, finaly got it to work but too late to update, started painting squats, amd going for a more industrial civilian look as thats how I picture squats, the minorites doing the hard labor jobs, so orange and brown colors mostly.. you shall see

He's right, Jokaero were first mentioned (and given rules) in '87 in Rogue Trader... sorry Dave

RT was 1987, Inquisitor(Draco) was first published in 2002, and they were dropped from the fluff again until the last Grey Knights Codex, so for 4 Editions of 40K, Jervis Johnson's grimdark Imperium was bigoted against all abhumans. He is your enemy, not me!

2002? maybe for Draco, the re-release, Inquisitor was released about 89. I'll dig up an interesting article on the early BL days when I get home.

I was only 10 years old in in 87, I can tell you all about the GI JOE storyline from then, but not RT lol

my Omnibus edition says 2002, maybe that was the second printing for the trilogy? Anyways..the point is, it's a damn good story, but it doesn't really fit into the canon nowadays.

I think that might have been the first omnibus edition. It was out of print for a long time, then re-published with the Inquisitor title changed to Draco due to having released the game Inquisitor, and with prefaces denouncing the contents as heretical ramblings of Draco.
