for what it's worth, I have physical friends who know AJ physically, so yes he is a real person, and yes he lives in Ft. Worth, and yes he games at Evolution Games and at Area 51. Although I think he is being conned by RF as MajorTom was in the past....

I think most have discounted the idea of AJ as an alias. I can't speak for all, but it's pretty clear that he's his own man.

Warhamster, I completely agree... I've shared some info with him that will hopefully show what has happened to everyone before him that has fulfilled a similar role, and how Daniel has deceived and used those who did it previously. Might be worth giving your friends a heads up about this... sometimes a real live person can talk more sense into someone than a stranger over the internet can!

Edit: motyak, it's clear he's "his own man", as you say... just as AridMonk, Redscorps, Lucky No. 5, and others were before him. All the more reason for him to look up the information and contacts I've shared with him, and get the truth from those "on the inside" of why working with Daniel is a really, really, REALLY bad idea...

My point (which was poorly made) was that he is only the messenger, and he is willing to engage here on Dakka. Dont shoot him cause he cant get the answers you want and because the owner(s)* are unwilling to engage directly.

*Since the ownership of the company is what is in doubt I have left that unclear... I alledge nothing....

At the same time, if Mandelbaum is not willing to give ExiledMiniatures answers to the questions people are asking, it seems useless for people to talk to him.

Guys, for now I think AJ is doing his best to get to the bottom of things himself, let's just cut him some slack for the time being. Going after Mandelbaum is ok in my book because we know what he has done and that he is a pathological liar. We have no such reason to assume the same of AJ just yet so even though he currently runs with a shady crowd, let's not put him in the same boat as DM just yet ok?

I maintain, 66 pages later, that Kim is more than welcome to create an account here and speak directly with us. There is absolutely nothing stopping her from doing that, other than her unwillingness to do so.

If Daniel is truly out, then she needs to address that directly.

She also needs to just admit that certain things were lies used to cover RF's ass i.e. past business credentials and HH pics, unless those items materialize in the next day.

We're not asking for the world here. We are asking for either verifiable proof of the claims RF has made, or an admission that such claims were lies.

But yes, if you are listening Stephakim, 3 questions need answering to at least start to put this to bed for all of us, as they are unanswered, I repeat them, it must never be forgotten or misunderstood that RF is completely unwilling to answer very normal and obvious questions any client has a right to know, and that a legitimate business would never hesitate to answer - -

- Please provide RF's business registration number - or admit that it was/is operating illegally. Either you have it or you don't, you don't need weeks to figure an answer out.
- Please definitive proof 2 people went to the HH weekender, via pics and corroborative evidence. Saying it is impossible to show any evidence whatsoever without compromising personal information is bs and since it has been proved RF has photo manip software despite claiming not to, let's just dispense with the run-around. Black out the personal info, just provide the evidence that should be there regardless.
- Please provide the alleged previous business registration number proving the business was co-owned and registered to Daniel Mandelbaum, StephaKim Hernandez and Jason whatever. This was something you yourself publicly stated you had, and the number exists to verify your legal conduct. Please provide it, with a date. This is an obligation of a Texas business. Either that or admit that RF was/is operating illegally.

This is not spam people. It is perfectly on point, and every time the question is repeated it is because these points remain unanswered, and they are important points that should call into question the practices of this company to any rational person. At least enough to look into it further. Please remember there are new readers to this thread all the time and they need to know what the big issues are for us, as opposed to the spin and misdirection RF use to villainize the victims.

I will note, that there is not a Microsoft or Mac consumer operating system that doesn't come with a basic photo editing program built in. For Windows, it's MS Paint.

The only way one could NOT have that is to intentionally uninstall it, which is pointless as it takes up virtually no space.

There is still a portion of the population who will dis-believe that the sky is falling, in spite of seeing the decending fireballs, just because chicken little is the one saying it. Most conspiracy theorists fall into this category. "The sky is falling because the govm't wants to take our guns away"... etc...

Edit: There will be those people on both sides of any issue...

I understand the community's desire to get answers from AJ, and to get them yesterday, but please remember that he is only a moderator with Resin Forge. He is not a part of the company as best as I can tell, and he is an intermediary between us here and Resin Forge so there will always be a delay in communication as he must get his information from Resin Forge.

That being said I am hoping for some answers myself to many of the questions raised.

AJ does not have much info at the moment, and I believe him. DC, I think it is best to interpret any questions as being directed at RF at the end of the day, with the hope AJ will prove to be a useful intermediary to convey the information... he will only be the messenger, not the source, he can't answer with info he doesn't have.

Mandelbaum has a pretty thorough history of failing to live up to or modifying his bigger promises at the last minute afterall. At least when they involve information indicating he is actually running a legal company for the last 7 months.

just looking at the resin forge website and noticed that the host company is a english one, is that a common thing or could it have been done to make tracing them hard? also i think its quite ironic that the host company shows its registration number and pictures of all the employees on its webpage. On the off chance i've emailed them about the situation and asked them who owns the webpage i don't expect they will answer but who knows.

I was just wondering wouldn't it have been cheaper to use a us company rather than a uk one( the uk is more expensive for most things) and since they charge in pounds it would have been clear they were in the uk so i wonder if there would be some sort of deliberate reason for it
