They had a platform, with everyone watching, just to come out and fall flat like makes no sense to me?!
And how they kept mentioning kronk was also unnerving.......

Did she refer to Kim in the third person? It sounded like it about half way thru, but I'm not in a place I can play it and hear it real well.

Was anyone actually expecting the video to answer anything?

At least they gave us a laugh out of it.

I had a real hard time hearing her, the audio is terrible.
Also those birds are annoying.
This video tells us nothing apart from the fact that she is a real woman.
The voice does sound the same as the voice messages left however, so we can confirm that.

Apart from that, it is just wierd.

Just for the record, and to point out, this video was supposed to put an end to our concerns, yet failed to address the only 3 questions we care about -

- Please provide RF's business registration number - or admit that it was/is operating illegally. Either you have it or you don't, you don't need weeks to figure an answer out.
- Please definitive proof 2 people went to the HH weekender, via pics and corroborative evidence. Saying it is impossible to show any evidence whatsoever without compromising personal information is bs and since it has been proved RF has photo manip software despite claiming not to, let's just dispense with the run-around. Black out the personal info, just provide the evidence that should be there regardless.
- Please provide the alleged previous business registration number proving the business was co-owned and registered to Daniel Mandelbaum, StephaKim Hernandez and Jason whatever. This was something you yourself publicly stated you had, and the number exists to verify your legal conduct. Please provide it, with a date. This is an obligation of a Texas business. Either that or admit that RF was/is operating illegally.

Also StephaKim/DM script, it is extremely, extremely poor form to bring up how you 'took care of Ken' after you 'borrowed' his money for several years without his permission. Paying him back is not a gold star, it is the absolute bare minimum you could possibly do to make it up to him. It by no means makes up for the harrasment, headache and runaround you gave him previously, up to and including calling him a liar.

How dare you use his name to support your own, that is absolutely and completely morally bankrupt.

I do lose my bet that you wouldn't make a video though, I admit being wrong there. And what a video it was!

Why are you waiting for papers from the state registration can be done online.

Transfer of assets between corporations need paperwork and tax clearance you cannot simply take over inventory from one corporation to the other.

Honestly the script was probably so she didn't stumble over her words, as someone that has made recordings in the past, having something to help you along can help you out, it's when you can ween yourself to just an outline and not a script is when you can really start performing in front of a mic. I don't knock Kim for doing that, I knock her for the mask, and the lack of questions answered in the video.

No offense Kim, but saying that you will post your business registration information once it's finished doesn't answer the claim of RF being a legit company before your non-hostile takover, and you don't really talk about the prior actions of Daniel Mandelbaum, a man who is "no longer" with your company, but his known involvement over the past 2 months is most definitely something you should have discussed.

So, since she hasn't settled the company transfer, she's going to stop selling via PM until then, right?

I did not owe Ken anything. A co owner was claimed to have. I personally paid Ken when sales were not up as the drama made them crash. I have every right to bring it up as I had every right to not do anything at all.

I do bring it up because I DID help him and I DID help the community for someone else's mistake/problem/whatever.

And now Mr tom goes and once again doesn't even call me my name. He combines it like its all a joke. Just like every reply to it. A shouldn't even waste my time with you people. Resin Forge is doing just fine again so actually, no more updates. Bye guys!
