Speaking of paint pile... I'm officially out of MY stuff to paint. I've resorted to asking friends to lend me their figs so I have something to do.

Although that scratch built Hell Talon does need a bit of love at the moment. Anyone have any idea where I can get my hands on a detailed/inexpensive jet exhaust?

Pledge finalized. It's nice that DFG and WGF are going to set up an alternate payment scheme to allow more people in on the KS.

Hoping that helps Mark get some more cash in the door to pay down on his bills and move the next KS along in a timely fashion.

That's true. All of the money being gathered at this point will pay down Mark's exposure, rather than feed our rabid need for moar shinies.

I saved a PDF from the online calculator of what I was getting, then forgot to update it when I upped my pledge at the last minute for the the final stretches. Got me most of the way though, and now I join the others twiddling their thumbs and awaiting their plastic crack. It was a tough call between 2 more squads of Black Widows or another APC, but given my track record on painting vehicles I opted for more ground-pounders.

I must say that it was a very good pledge manager. I know that's a somewhat weird thing to say, but it was nice the way it gave you the breakdown and subtotal as well as what you had already pledged. It also did the leviathan mix-and-match correctly. Not that the methods other companies use are "bad" when they opt to get it out fast, but big kudos to WGF and DFG for doing it up right.

And again, thank you to the people who tested that whole system out; my pledge submission went as smooth as possible.

Just finished mine. It says I am Pledge Number 279. I ended up adding some more, too.

Tell ya what, since you're such a cool guy, I'll lend you my IG army to paint, that'll keep you busy for a while I won't even charge you shipping to mail it to you in new York!

Yeah... added 70 bucks to my original >.<

Double Mortis's to act as Warhounds, all the arm options, and a bunch of Eisenkern to use in a GK all-henchmen army.

Can't wait for the stuff to get here, that's for damn sure

From the KS update

Please be aware that the pledge manager will be taken off line near the end of October, I will be sending out a ten day warning on Kickstarter to allow any late entries time to finalize their pledge.

so about 2 weeks or less

MrMoustaffa. I'd hate to be slammed with the import duties on your minis, if we get singled out.

But I'll take the compliment, that you'd trust me to paint your stuff. Please don't look at my Thunderhawk as a sample, it was left pretty bland for my friend to complete.

But huh, yeah sure, 10 tanks you said?

Ugh...this talk of painting piles reminds me of the mountains I have... :(

I wonder when all the pledges are in if Mark can give us a breakdown of what seemed to be the most popular item(s). I'm just curious if it was leviathans, tanks or infantry (of the various types) that brought home the bacon, as it were.

That's alright - as long as I can do it on the weekend instead having to try and work it out after work one night when I'm braindead..
I just hope that online Pledge Manager is still around. I can't remember exactly what I paid for.

Got my login to the WGF pledge manager! $838 final total for me. (had to chip in an extra $30 to cover from the final pledged total... )

My wallet now officially hates Mark. Much.

I, however, love Mark! Can't wait to build up a small Panzergrenadier (in space!) -platoon, with the support of a heavy "Heer" (in space!) -detatchment and a Leviathan pair. *evil grin*
