One butcher wont get much off, but will get some. I would take a second. And drop the tooth thingi, not really worth it (still fail on a 2 and go off on a 3+)

Not sure about the tryant's ability to kill knights and such, only str 5. You could give him a great weapon and chose which to use each round. Cheep and effective.

Man you are all over the place with those bulls.
3 with standard will have a hard time keeping that standard out of enemy hands. All units of 3 should only have musician. Either they wont need the standard (flank duty) or will fail anyways (ranked unit from front)

Bump the 3 man irongut units to 4 man iron gut units. They are your killers. And give them standards (your putting your chars in the irongut units right?)

Gorgers are good( great in pairs)

Looks like a fun list.

I'd suggest choosing the de facto kit for Tyrants everywhere: heavy armor, reroll save gnoblar,Tenderizer, wyrdstone necklace and (perhaps) longstrider. Even if you skip this, give the man a great weapon in any case, so he can opt for s7 when facing heavy armor. An additional butcher would be very nice, as ogre magic is actually quite useful. I'd take him over, say, unit of bulls any day. When wielding 2 butchers, taking bangstick is also a no-brainer (best item in the book with Tenderizer). Don't forget to bring along a dispel scroll or 2 too.

The bull setups look a bit weird, I'd use them as support units as in mobs of 3 with bellower (maybe add extra hand weapons for 1 or 2 groups for versatility). Make the 'guts your main hitters as they work better in that. Say 2 or 3 units of 4 with standard, musician and l-o gnoblar. Regarding support units, taking at least 1 unit of leadbelchers instead of a unit of bulls would be good choice too, as pretty much every army has some juicy targets to shoot at. They happen to shoot themselves to death now and then, but if you take just a pair, it's not too expensive.

Revised based on the feedback provided here and a bit of tactical research:
Tyrant with Wyrdstone Necklace, Tenderiser, Gut Maw, Luck Gnoblar, and Heavy Armour @ 311 points
Butcher with Dispel Scroll @ 155 points
Butcher with Dispel Scroll and Bangstick @ 180 points
Butcher with Seige Breaker and Skull Mantle @ 180 points

3 Ogre Bulls, extra hand weapons, light armour, musicians @ 136 points
3 Ogre Bulls, extra hand weapons, light armour, musicians @ 136 points
3 Ogre Bulls, extra hand weapons, light armour, musicians @ 136 points
4 Ogre Bulls, iron fists, light armour, musicians @ 182 points
4 Ironguts, Standard, Musician, Lookout Gnoblar @ 227 points
4 Ironguts, Standard, Musician, Lookout Gnoblar @ 227 points
4 Ironguts, Standard, Musician, Lookout Gnoblar @ 227 points
Gorger @ 75 points
Gorger @ 75 points

Grand total, 2247 points.

Is this more competitive, or are there still too many bulls in my china shop? The plan would be a squad of ironguts with the tyrant, a squad with a butcher, and a squad with two butchers. However, one of the butchers could be dropped into a bull unit if requird - the one with Seige Breaker gives a S7 threat in a unit that may otherwise look softer.

Looks quite good now, altough the light armor on non-ironfisted bulls is probably a waste, unless you want it for them for modelling reasons. The 6+ save rarely saves the day. I'd probably add a warbanner on one of the irongut units too, as they often need all the combat res they can get (being very dependant on ).
