... found this little tidbit in Jervis' "Standard Bearer" article on page 52 of U.S. White Dwarf #335:

Starting off with the new Codex and Citadel miniatures in January, we've got plans for all kinds of new stuff over the course of the year. What else is in the pipeline? Well I'm going to have to keep that a secret for the moment but suffice it to say that 2008 is set to be a very green year indeed...

Of course, that could also mean we might be seeing some addtional Orc models for WHFB as well.

That would be nice. Plastic Savage Orcs have been a long time coming. The Boar Boyz are almost certainly going to be replaced sooner rather than later.

Actually if there were to be new Orcs for WHFB all rumors point to either a new model for Azhag or plastic Boar Boyz.

hardly, by the summer there will at least 2 releases after the orks. it would be nice, but not worth holding your breath over.

Well that ork spearhead box is coming out december 20th for like 170 bux. Doesn't really look like a deal but I have not really added up what it would cost to buy anything separate. Also (slightly off topic) , I have been waiting for GW to update thier sneak peaks page and they finally did but the 40 sneak peak is still the same which is lame. I still wait for the day when they fix those stupid IG rough riders. They should focus on that rather than coming out with entirely new regiments like vestroyans. Although the new ogryn and comissars are nice, I would only assume that Rough Riders are next on the list.
