Not before you shoot, but if they are attached to a JSJ unit they can move after. Helps to prevent everything avoiding them all game. I have them on my 3 man stealth team, and while it clocks in at a huge 240 points, being able to reposition AND sit back in the 30s range where stealth fields make them almost immune to long range fire means the enemy has to dedicate alot to get rid of them. They dont suffer from the pathfinder problem either, where the enemy usually hopscotches off them to get closer to your other squishies in combat.
