I am not sure if this list would be counted as Beardy as all hell or if the idea is a bit cheap but the real execution is actually quite different.

HQ:

TROOP

15 boyz + Nob, PK, Boss,1x Rokkitt
15 boyz + nob, pk, boss, 1x rokkit

FAST
15 Stormboyz + Nob, PK,, boss
15 Stormboyz + Nob, PK, Boss

This list is just under 1500 points. The basic idea is that the Trukks and Stormboyz scurry up fast, using cover to shield from fire since there are only 6 targets by direct fire, and hopefully get a blistering 2nd turn blitzkrieg. The warpheads would hide with a mob of shoota boyz and roll for either Waaghs or deepstrikes into enemy terrain. The list can be pretty darn mobile but fragile as glass. I fear a vehicle heavy army would just laugh.

Thoughts?

Never attribute to malice which can rightly be explained by stupidity.

Warpheads are probably not needed, as the majority of your stuff either cant take advantage (storm boyz/trukk boyz) or really dont need the extra movement. That army is going to start putting serious hurt on turn 2, and has the advantage of not having to move so many models for the first turn or two. However a dedicated assault army will hurt. Also mech tau/eldar will just stay in there vehicles as long as possible. If a mech tau player knew your setup before hand, all he would need to do is add flachette launchers on the majority of his vehichles (everyone attacking the vehicle takes a wound on a 4+, before the combat). Personally I would drop one of the foot units, drop the warpheads, add wazdakka for some mobile firepower to down hover vehicles, and to fit your fluff, and another warboss on a bike. Or the better option may be to take a warboss on a bike, and a mekboy with a kff to protect a unit of lootas. Trust me with that much stuff coming at the enemy lines as fast as it will, he will have more dangerous things to shoot at first. So far every time I have shot at a vehicle with av 13 or less with them, it has gone down. Eldar vehicles will be different tho, but it absolutely kills predators/hammerheads/devilfish/carnifex.

warhammer 40k mmo. If I can drive an ork trukk into the back of a space marine dread and explode in a fireball of epic, I can die happy!

16-strong footslogging shootas? They're not going to do much. You need more boyz in the foot mobs, or better yet, forget the foot mobs and add more trukk mobs (or do what Orock says).
