Although I already posted these images in the introduction are of the site, I thought I'd repost in a more appropriate area of the forum. To reiterate what I said in my intro I just got back into the hobby after a considerable break and seem to be under the influence of the C'tan these days. I just keep buying more and more 'Crons and like the good old days, I'm buying them at a rate far faster than I can paint or even glue them together

Regardless, I have painted a warrior and think I struck lucky first go - I think this more or less represents the colour scheme I will go for (although I do keep changing my mind). The Lord looks way better in the flesh (I mean necrodermis) but hey, I'll take better pics when he's painted.

Cool conversions. Simple but very effective. The paintjob is also very well done. Nut the green of the rod while better than if you hadn't done anything takes away from the mini. I would go more ice blue. But I couldn't promise it would look better.

I think the Lord might be better if you carved out of the plastic engines and mount the legs where they used to be, instead of just putting them on the ends. It's a personal preference thing, but I've just never liked the look of the legs sticking out of the preexisting engines.

Please keep updating this. I'd like to keep it on file as a reference thread for necron painting.

Honestly. Consider yourself part of my harddrive!
