I was just wondering, how small could a daemon prince be without being "too" small? I was wondering if it would look weird if i used a terminator lords body for a daemon prince, as i dont really like the actual daemon prince model. I was thinking that having it around the size of a broodlord might be ok, as they have a similar statline. What do you think?
Also, if anyone has a daemon prince that isnt the daemon prince model, could you please post a picture so i can see what you did? Thanks in advance.

The main thing will be that it is larger physically and based larger.
The previous Chaos book had the Fluff notion that a Daemon Prince would be at least 10 feet tall - mere 2 feet taller than a regular Marine. But at least it specified a minimum 40mm base.
In my case, when I get around to doing my conversions, I'll be targeting for a model height of at least 1.5" and a 40mm base.

Find the Daemon Prince model that GW sells. That's the right size.

Acutally the previous book required that models be 10' tall. I disqualified so many people on that rule.

How do you figure that?
I'm fairly sure that one was clarified in the FAQ. Although that may have just been the GW board FAQS...
And besides, the previous book didn't require Daemon Princes to be 10' tall... just models with Daemonic Stature.
All models with Daemonic Stature were Daemon Princes... but not all Daemon Princes had Daemonic Stature.

I live in Australia and they dont sell Inquisitor models anymore (not very popular here). Theyre not on the Australian online store or at a local GW, so i dont think they sell them here. I dont really want to buy them from the UK/US.
Do you guys think i could use the terminator lords body? I would convert it (i.e. add wings) to make it seem bigger and probably add spacers in between the body and leg joint, would that be enough, or would he still be too small?
Also, do you think if i made sure people knew that it was a demon prince there wouldnt be any issues?

Sounds fine to me... but the only people who can tell you if the people you play against will object to it are the people you play against.

I didn't use Demonic Stature for the prince in my rather short lived Chaos army, so he was just a normal marine sized guy. I should get the new codex and see what my army would look like now days...
