Patience is a virtue. Referring to English spelling as 'goofy', not so much.

It's a common thing that different parts of the world have to wait for different things. 90% of cinematic releases from the US take weeks to be released over here. It's something we all have to come to terms with, really.

I'm sure in theory BL could wait until they'd printed enough copies to supply the WHOLE WORLD in one fell swoop before they sold any at all, but it's not sound practice. For starters, they start making profit earlier, and sales data from a smaller region may be useful if they want to predict worldwide sales, so they don't over- or under-print.

Just a thought.
