Couldn't you try makling them yourself with Grass mats and spray painting them with a 'Textured' white paint?

I suppose it would peel/flake away in short order though,.

Seeing as you are in Aus, maybe 'Clark' Rubber might have some of that stuff tou can put on steps around pools?
