The question is pretty much what was put in the subject. Most of the ork weapons are labeled if they are twin-linked, however there is no mention in the Lootas section if they are. Close examination of the Loota's deffguns show that nearly all of them have two barrels (one has three). Is it to be assumed that they are twin-linked?

Lootas were pretty strongly influenced by orks in Battlefleet Gothic. Tons of barrels, but so poorly maintained and deisgned that its very rare for all of them to function at any given time.
