Some months ago I started a thread here how we were painting 300 Crocodile Game spartans.
We completed the painting, but then took even longer to get around to getting the videos up and telling people!
Here are some videos of the completed work:
And here are some pics.
And you read all about it and see pics and videos of the WIP here:
Heh, when the narrator (is it you?) says "Aaaah. Do you like 300 Spartans?", he sounds like Strongbad. Even better!

Great army by the way. How much did it set you back?

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

Very cool though, great paint job.
Try two million Persians. Though Herodotus was known to exaggerate. Saying that 300 bears only a passing resemblance to the Persian Wars.
n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.
It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.
Actually, I want to see the wall of the dead Persian bodies

Legoburner, that is indeed the bravest night goblin in the world. These are Crocodile Games spartans.
Tegeus-Cromis, I find that sometimes, the Strongbad voice is the best voice for building world peace and harmony there is. Especially in the fight between good, and awesome.
The army cost about a grand.
Next up, I was thinking about the hojillion spartans but I'm undecided. I'm thinking a thousand space marines (a full chapter) or a thousand-strong, mostly night goblin.
Maybe I can do a poll on dakka and see what people would like us to do .
Just do 3 Companies of Space Marines, then a Bajillion Guardsmen. ("The Million worlds of the Imperium of Man descend upon you. Our lasbolts will outshine the sun!")
Many a Sentinel pilot has hesitated to call his vehicle a walking coffin after battling beside a Dreadnought.
If any of you want the Persian army painted...I'm sure we at pf.com could talk about working out a bulk discount on the painting for you.
