Malignos sniper is groovy, and para-commando HMG is cool. The hacker's pose is kinda funny, I suppose she's pressing her (quite nice) rear against a wall while hacking the keypad installed on it. Or something.

In general, those are some nice minis. I'm not hot on the rocket launcher guy, though. And while the models are cool, what's with the bicycle helmets on the paracommando HMG?

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

Good stuff again. After last month huge blow to the wallet, with the new superb yu jing starter set, this month continues going furter on making damage

Also this month theres some really cool nice details on the the way artists represent the bases, like the bug coming from the deep water. Man Infinity is all I want from a mini range! Detailed metal miniatures outside the box of mainstream average stuff we see these days.

Very cool, very cyberpunky. There's a few nitpicky things I don't dig (the helmet on the HMG guy) and the rocket launcher looks a bit plain. It's funny that they actually call it a Panzerfaust. Overall, cool minis though. Infinity has some high quality stuff.

My biggest issue with Infinity though: I don't know what the heck I'd actually use any of the miniatures for.

Just a thought: Infinity itself.

Seriously, they'd make great Necromunda or any other non-Infinity Sci-Fi skirmish game models.

Just remember folks. Panic. Panic all the time. It's the only way to survive, other than just being mindful, of course-but geez, that's so friggin' boring. - Aegis Grimm

Well yeah, there is Infinity itself.

I just don't really have much interest in that system, but that might only be because I know nothing about it, other than it's skirmish-level, right?

A friend of mine liked the look of the game and picked up the book. I don't think he's had much luck reading it due to the layout (tiny fonts, lots of wasted space) and writing (Was it translated into English?) style heavy with acronyms and terms that aren't well-defined.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.

Over Thanksgiving my brother and I test ran a couple games. I decided the game wasn't for me, because while the fact that enemy react in your turn to everything your models do (overwatch on crack) is realistic and refreshing from the IGUG model of GW fame, it made me so nervous and involved so much planning that I didn't really enjoy it. But a brief recap of our games:

Game 1 -- His autocannon dude starts camo'd atop high building, I go first and move my HMG dude atop my high building in sight of the auto. He misses his reaction, and I frag him. From here I realized my upperhand and promised to only reaction fire with the HMG, and even then he took out a few of his gang. The rest was mop up now that I had the high ground, with my Haqq troopers dispatching his Ariadna in short order. Lost 1 model to his Lt's assault.

Game 2 -- Autocannon took high ground and kept it, taking out my HMG in reaction to his move. From there I tried keeping up a smokescreen and got reasonably close, but his troopers firebase ground me down for minimal loses.

So ... yeah I'm good. Really want that zero though, trying to think of a good use for her ... Dreadnought with heavy bolter?!
