The point of the game is to list a unit that has an obvious chance at winning- not just naming a unit of comprable price

You could infiltrate- but the Griffon could just back up and use its heavy bolter to keep out of assault range :p

And the add of a ML to the scouts is iffy- BS3 means only 1 in 4 shots is gonna hit&damage. Griffon will wound them on a 2+ and gets a reroll on the scatter.... Scouts just dont work well for some things
