Oh man lack of updates. Sigh well guys i have a akward lump on my jaw, hopefully it a swolen lymph node and cause by my wisdom teeth. I am going to do the manticore tonight because i like to paint and it was requested. However, a choice needs to be made. Finsh the army? OR! Start a table for the army to be on?

Huge update. Decided i am finishing the army. Up for commisions on what models people want to see painted and based. I have infantry, Chimeras, and more Valkyries. Tell me what you wanna see and of course the finished Manticore as requested.

its so hard to get a comment these days... :/ tell me what you wanna paint i have lost motiovation and only seek to fulfill others requests.

in other news people, more planes are possibly coming. Have a good one. Possibly 6 more, and have vulture gunships in the works. I will soon have a full air force.

Hey panda, sorry I missed your update. Manticore looks great. I still cant believe you have the patience for this camo scheme. How are you doing the snow? I want to do snow in a future project and cant get it right.

For me personaly Baking soda works well, plus it looks more realistic then some other alternitives

Firstly thanks i am glad you like the manticore.

Hey man its all good. Lets just say i love it to much to not keep doing it. Also for the snow i use Elmer's glue, White Paint Acrylic ($1 for 20ml type) and Baking soda. Now i the reason for the white paint is because baking soda oxidizes yellow. So unless you want the yellow snow mix in the paint. I like to do it so my basing mixture is dry that way i wont have shiney stripes or spots in the snow. And by dry i mean sticky, but not shiney. It will look like harden old snow or the snow i have. If you want fresher add water so its alittle smoother, this will generate a fresh poweder type look. Easy to do once you play with it. I will do a vid if you like.

As always mates! tell me what you wanna see done. I have 2 Valkyires to paint, 3 robo oyrgans left, 3-4 chimeras, 3 hell hounds, 40+ infantry and of course still some command squad attachments like astro paths and what not.

Hmm im always a sucker for valks! and on a table, with all those valks your sure to make an impression on your opponent

Here are the 3 dudes finshed except for the visors. Since i mix my colors for the visors i like to do a large chunk at a time.

Alright mates sorry for the haulting progress. i am painting more after work today. Will finish this squad and base them. In news i ordered anvil bits that are intended for my orks, but may end up in my ig. We will see. In other news i also have 10 russes coming in.. Thats right.. 10...all battle cannon too. Gunna do some interesting conversions to them to keep up with my ig fluff(imperail truth to the true emperor). i am also going to start a fluff page for my ig. You guys are welcome to read it, i will post a link in a bit when i start it. Hope you guys had a good fourth, our firework show was nice.

Thanks, I offer up a challenge to my dakka followers and guess how many dots i put on my dudes! The squad is almost done, two meltas left.

Update Infantry squad B is done hold the basing! Let me know what you think! i am taking best bets for dot count..wish i had more followers, but eh it works out you guys are nice and leave thoughtful comments.. i hope .

Thanks i am actually slightly upset with the visors and will clean them up when i get home. If people are interested i will post a tut tonight on how i do my visors it is fairly simple and of course will work with any 3 color scheme.

Also left to paint - 3 Coborg Orygrans, 3-4 infantry squads, 1 squad of rough riders, 6 leman russes, 2 Valkyires, 2 Hell hounds and 2-4 chimeras... i forget how mandy i have. Tell me what you want to see.

Recent dot frezny finshed, his visor needs painted and as a result he got a group shot. Enjoy the blending that is caused by your eyes where you lose sight of one and gain another!

LEMAN RUSS ORDER COMPLETE HOLD THE SNOW!
i got 5 russes left, 2 valks, 5 troop squads, a couple hq left, 2 robot orygans and 2 hellhound and 3 chimeras. Tell me what you wanan see, the russ still needs a couple touch ups.
