I'm not sure what kind of army this is. Was this for 40k,
Necromunda, what?

I don't know that it was ever actually a playable army but if it was it would probably be either an IG army or one of the two Inquisitor forces.

ESDK always just seems to like to model for the hell of it, rather than necessarily for gaming purposes.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?

yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

I recall these guys from the forum. I am a huge fan of ESDK's work, so I am really glad that he posted an article on these guys!!

Um, sure he did

We go through the old stuff and repost them as articles. I'm
trying to balance my time between writing the fun stuff
(battle reports and shopping guides, etc) and going through
and reposting content that still exists on online galleries and
such.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare

Crazy yet engaging. A very twisted but well executed build.
