Very cool! I wonder if you could up the power enough to support the powered exoskeleton the army is working on so you could make longer jumps and land quickly without breaking your legs?

That is real, right? After seeing Ironman do the same thing on the big screen its hard to believe video. Dude jumped out of a plane with only a jet engine strapped on his back. Proves that he has huge balls and is completely insane.

the major issue here, is that one needs to be "free falling" before this can be used. It isn't set up to "vault" from a standing position.

and the minor issue is that you need a parachute to land with it.

but it's cool, and that's a pretty sweet rig.
