Looks pretty damned good to me.
I'd say you don't need all three platoon commands though. The flamers are useful for counter-assault, but you don't need that many. I'd lump the third platoon's squads into the first two platoons and use the saved points to buy more squads.
Also, I don't think flamers are a great match for Autocannons. I'd replace them with more Plasma Guns.
Otherwise it's very sound - I run a similar army myself. Same CHQ, same suicide Vets (though I run Plasma, but I think Meltas are just as valid), two platoons, one with four squads of las/plas, one with four squads of auto/plas, and three sponsonless Russes.

Good amount of men for 1500 points. 80 guys (plus all the rest) is a solid number.
You've also got 30 points spare. What you could do is change one of those 4-Flamer command sections into a 4-Melta Command Section, and drop them in as a suicide unit.
And yeah, Plasmas with AC's. It's too hard to pass up that much S7.

Thanks for the help! When I come to buff it up to 1850, what do you suggest I get?
I was thinking 2 Hellhounds or a Demolisher, I'm not sure which though.

Heh. Both.
At 1850, you drop the third platoon, and move its two infantry squads into existing platoons (so all you're losing is a Command Squad). So in the end you have two 45-man Platoons w/4 Flamers, 3 Lascannons, 1 Autocannon and 4 Plasma Guns each. The leftover points allow you to get two Hellhounds with EA & Smoke and a Demolisher w/Hull LC & Sponson Plasma Guns.
So overall you lose 5 men, but gain 3 tanks. Good trade.
