I bought a 60mm 'spooky' base for my ork warboss from here. It arrived in two days, was very well cast and only cost a fiver with postage. Highly reccomended.

Here are several different manufacturer's of textured bases you might check out:
Micro Art Studios
Armorcast
Epicast
Black Cat Bases
Back 2 Base-IX
Wolvesbane Miniatures
Forge World (scroll down page)
Champ Industries (plastic, not resin textured bases)
Personally, I've got several of the bases from Epicast's line, and have been very happy with them. Several of the manufacturer's above can also have their products ordered from The War Store.

Dakka's own RanTheCid runs Chicago Terrain Factory, and has some awesome bases available online at Spectre Hobbies. You can also check his blog to see upcoming projects (Lava Bases are a recent post) and a bunch of other useful hobby stuff.
