Well my old thread slipped off the first page and is full of unneeded responses.
All fantasy parts are going to be used for 40k conversions.

Chaos havocs: Lascannon, Missile launcher, Heavy bolter, and autocannon
1 Necron Destroyer on sprue (no green bits)
1 Necron lord (has a grain of wheat bulb installed in his warscythe, no green bits)
6 necron warriors (have grain of wheat bulbs installed in weapons, no green bits or ends of weapons)
WHFB Plastic Giant - Great for turning that old defiler into a soul grinder.
TONS of Tau heads (My tau army doesn't use the normal heads so I have all of them to get rid of)
TONS of Space Marine plastic shoulder pads
