Hey sos i thought i had already put this up
Well basicly the 40k world isnt a clean place specially if your a worshipper of khorne or just sick.Well one way to creat a great blood effect is...
First you need to go to a makeup shop and get a bottle of red nail polish darker reds look best, you could borrow some of your mum sister gf wife but expect funny looks.
second apply the polish onto the spot you want blood on and bam instant blood
you could mix sand in with it to make a more chunky gore effect
make sure you try this out on a test piece to make sure you like it before smothering your brand new 50 pound box set in your mums new red nail polish

looks good, have always done mine roughly the same way...scorched brown, red gore, blood red glazed with the old red glaze, which is left to dry to concentrate it before applying. Was a method in wd 8-10 years ago - cpncentrated red glaxe gives a nice gory effect and can be painted as if regular paint consistancy

got another one: you take 1 part sand + 2 parts red gore + 3 parts water + 2 parts pva glue.
will be really "goey" so i usually use it on tanks and such.
hope it helps.
