Frankly I think this game should have been computerised long ago, back in the 486 age. It ias simple enough, now we get the same gameplay but most of the effort made into the background and individual models moves.

Whatever happened to Astrogranite? I find the use of nice cushy turf appalling...

is a list of all the main games that have come out so far themed in a GW universe. Just thought it would be interesting to share for those who have not seen it before.

yeah, the old bloodbowl pc game was released in 1995. I had a copy of it but when microsoft changed it operating system in 1998 and then again in 2000, i could never get the game to run..

Is this in real time, like fifa, or is it turn based?

I hope it's real time, otherwise why not just play bloodbowl?

Both real time and turn based.

they had a test version at the BBGT in nottingham this year it was really good! I played a few turns on it and it's reasonably intuitive and whilst then they only had humans and orcs i think they mentioned they've got 8 teams in the initial release and might have more following.

I think I heard somewhere that it had both turn-based and real-time, but I'm not sure on that.

Well, it worked in X-com and Fallout Tactics. Sort of.

Those Dwarves looked mean. I like.

All the screenshots made it look very underwhelming.

Finally seeing it in motion however gives me great hope. Looks like a lot of fun.

I think its awesome. Anyone else remember Mutant League Football? They never remade that game and they should have!

Sorry, what I meant was that the game can be played in real time or in turn based mode. So the it should appeal to the NFL and table top fans alike.

And Mutant League Hockey. Oh man, just took a trip in the way back machine. We'd be up all night playing those when they came out. I miss Sega; great commercials.

It's one way or the other during a match, not both if I read the previews correctly.

On the videogames from GW pages, someone forgot the Heroquest game.
