Dang, some of those club tables look pretty amazing - the pirate one looked way cool and the 2D-ish multi-level 40k looked great. Very reminiscent of the old RT dioramas.
And yeah, the kid's Titan costume was definitely cute - I can just imagine the kid with the Commissar costume being bitter about not winning, though, and knocking over the titan - "I bent my sonic lance!"
And I don't think I've been interested in Dark Elves since I first started playing WHFB back in '96 - but those are some nice models. And I second the motion for the CoC DE army. Wish I could get a better view of the Dark Angels Captain behind the Tau battlesuit pilot.

That chick was vaguely associated with the Warhammer Online stuff going down, spotted her back there behind the scenes a bunch of times. Admittedly she may have had a manthing involved in it or just like video games more than tiny toy soldiers (and being a hot chick, be able to skip the lines and infiltrate the people running things :S), but I still wondered myself. In the end the costume contest came down to 3 chicks vs 1 kid. There is only one thing that can beat a chick showing skin at Games Day, and the little dude pulled it off. - Salvage, who happily bellowed "TITAAAAAAAAAN" to secure the win EDIT -- Still looking forward to Golden Demon coverage, considering I skipped waiting in line to see it in person

I am a little underwhelmed with many of the winners this year. It is always hard to tell in the photos, so I may be way off base with this. The Slayersword one is really well done, not my style, but really well done. Some of the others seem very basic to me. The furioso dread for example. Its a decent, and clean paint-job, but compared to some of the Chicago GD entries, it doesn't hold up. Actually all three of the 40k vehicle entrants seem a little weak.
