I would love some help. This is my first attempt with orks.

Looks pretty solid, try it out and see what you like/dislike. With the orc codex you can really do so many diffrent things and they will all be good.

I might have gone for a nobz bike squad instead of the normal ones but thats really just a personal flavour.

Wazdakka Gutsmek is a nice charakter... however he is quite expensive. Since you dont use FA Slots it might be wise to use a normal Warboss on bike and attach him to an biker mob, which are then on FA. The BikMek should be designed to go for HTH, he is the mobile coversave giver.
15 lootas are quite much. I have made better experience with smaler mobssize, enemy are then more willing to ignore them, especially if some 100 Orks are "ante portas"
Reduce the ShootaMobSize by some 10 and with the other points save you could field another two mobs, maybe even on trukk boy mob....
