You don't really need to spend points on both Power Fists and Meltabombs. Either/or will work.
Dreadnought-wise, I'd suggest going for either two long ranged weapons or two Dreadnought Close Combat weapons (and a Heavy Flamethrower). Maybe two of the former, to be big and dangerous on the march forward, and one of the latter to hit people after the march forward. If you're worried about Fire Frenzies, you could just take three close combat Dreadnoughts, although they're actually nothing to worry about and kind of cool when you unload a full Devastator squad's firepower in a single turn (two Plasma Cannon shots, two Frag Missiles).
If you're going to take either a Power Fist or Meltabombs, then you might want to take Flamethrowers. Since you're doubling up on squads, then taking one Flamethrower and one Melta/Plasma weapon will help spread the pain around.
Heavy Support-wise, you can't get Plague Marine Havocs, but you can get Havocs with an Icon of Nurgle. Some Havoc in a Possessed Rhino transport might be something, particularly if you want to really hurt hordes with Template weapons.
I'd suggest perhaps dropping them in favour of Chosen with an Icon of Nurgle, a cheapo Champion, and then Melta Guns or Flamethrowers so you can start up in the opponent's face and have someone cheap and near to the enemy to summon the Greater Daemon through.
