my main enemy is chaos (Black legion,Thousand sons and mechanized world eaters),Imperial guard,Eldar(Ultwee) and orks maybe space marines but he just considering to begin the terrain vary from wodden areas to urban warfare overall we play with lot of terrain. any C&C?

Yeah, so, why Grenade Launchers? They're terrible weapons that do nothing other weapons don't either do better, cheaper, or both.

Plus how are you going to kill vehicles without any Meltaguns?

iam planning to use missle launchers againts vehlices,and grenade launchers are not that bad weapons but i agree plasmas would be better but then i dont have enough points to fill squads so i use grenade launchers
