Well most people running in a doubles tournament don't refer to both armies as 'mine'.

Neither army seems to complement each other very well.

Ok, pal. 1 lash prince isnt very reliable. He will attract alot of fire, and judging by ur list, he's the cornerstone of ur army. GEt rid of something and add another lash prince, so you have 2.

Also, the combined lashing will be much more effective, and complement your allie's list greatly.

BTW you have no anti-tank firepower for those AV 13-14 vehicles.

The monolith list has a glaring weakness: if your opponont kills 12 Necron warriors -- not exactly a Hurculean task -- the monoliths will go away because the Necrons will phase out.

Phase out is going to be a problem in doubles because your opponent can choose to focus the fire of two armies on the one Necron force, knowing that they get an extra 25% if they can reach the 75% mark. I would probably take the first Necron army you listed simply because it has a few more bodies.

For sure go with list 1. And its nice to see people teaming up with other armies. I'd love to see something with ork and tau workin together.

yeah definately dont go with the 2 liths you will screw yourself with phase out, i suggest maybe list 3 but drop one of the 4 man destro squads for a 3 Heavy Destro squad will solve some of your AT needs though just be carefull of phase out

You need an HQ other wise the list is a no go. I agree you need at barebones one monolith, I would recomend a fair amount of warrior simply for point capture, sure monoliths can contest but so what if your enemy can score on the other side of the board.

Switch around your lists a bit add a Necron lord with an orb and you should be golden. IMHO

Well the necron list is my partners and the chaos list is mine.
