Finally completed my Flyrant. Stain is drying and should hopefully be 100% for the tournament start tomorrow. Thank you again to all of you that offered advice on paint scheme and pinning. It made all the difference.

Thanks for the positive feedback, I appreciate it! The color scheme is as follows:
Primed the entire model with Bleached Bone.
Chitin - Liche Purple
Weapons / spikes - Blood Red
Tongue - Snot Green
Eyes - Sunburst Yellow
Fleshy parts - Dwarf Flesh
Teeth - Skull White
Wing membranes - Scab Red
After everything was painted, I brushed on Minwax Polyshade in Dark Walnut to shade and add some shine.

you might what to check with the tornament that using lord of the rings components is okay with the officals i've had friends using horses from lord of the rings and they were'nt allowed to use them in the tornament.

My only concern is the wingspan and fitting him arond the terrain and other models.
Only change I'd make would be to raise the wings upwards or mount him higher.
