I opt for the 2nd list. A LR is a bit much in 1500 pt games. The Termies can deep strike and there is a 4th PM squad.

I'd also think the second list looks quite good.
I run Typhus with a squad of termies in a landraider at 1500 and he's scary, but he attracts a whole hell of a lot of fire. I'm constantly sweating that some str 8 thing is going to kill him. Wish they'd just made him T5 flat, he'd be much more worth his points then.

I'm going to have to go with list one here. That tank lineup is going to be really scary, and putting that kind of firepower in such a small force is going to seriously put your opponent off balance. I think that your biggest concern will be movement, as moving those tanks up unsupported will be suicide against anything that has Long range AT. The saving grace of your army is that you have a very solid defensive line. If you can put your vindicators behind something that blocks LOS, then you've got 2 30" no go zones. Plague marines have always been great at holding objectives, and again, the vindicators can support them well. The thing that I like the least is the termie squad. I don't think that you have enough to make a good firing line, and I don't think that they will work well under the circumstances that your army will be most effective in. It's rarely the commander with the best list that wins, (unless your DE and have 20+ plasma cannons) but the best used list. What I'm trying to say is that your termies would be the squad that run the biggest risk of being misused, and when led by typhus, or even on their own, that's a lot of points to lose there.

Personally, I would get rid of typhus, the termies, and increase all of your plague marine squads to 8 men. take out one of the PF, and you've got around 300 something points to use. I would then mount up your plague marines in rhinos, except for one that will ride with your lord in the land raider. that gives you about 200 something points left to make a lord and buffer your plaguemarines

Im thinking a lord with termy armour lightning claws and mark of nurgle,will work better then typhus also im be able to add 2 rhinos,which my plague marine squads can jump in while the other squad sits back on home objective so if i do go for the first list,i'd use this:
