I'm putting together an Eldar army that I started about 8 years ago that I just picked up again. I haven't even touched them in 4 years and am a little rusty but figured I could a quick answer out of this crew. My question is how do people end up modeling the eldar vehicle upgrades? With WYSIWYG rules in effect, and a lack of what seems "official" GW upgrades on the sprews, what do people use?

FW sells official upgrades for way too much.

Get some ideas from their site and model away.

Creative modelling.
Soulstones, for example, can be easily added with those little glass pebbles you get in gaming stores.
Holofields can probably be painted on.
