Why the heck are there only two stores in the midwest - one in southern Ohio, and one in mid-Wisconsin.

Lets just hope this list is another GW screw-up. The store I qulified at wasn't on the qualifier list either.
Othewise, being in Kansas, I will have to drive to Nebraska or Texas for the Semi round!!

2007 Ard Boyz 2nd Place - Ohio
2007 Ard Boyz 1st Place - Ohio

As a person who is going to the semi finals in Minnesota, I hope the same can be said for this year.

Germantown is about 25 miles northwest of Milwaukee. Madison would be Mid-Wisconsin. And that's our geography lesson for the Dairy state today, kiddos!

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

Hahah, see you there Odin. You're in for a treat at Games Matrix...
Been a while since I have been there but last time it was, interesting.
See you boyz at the event, I'll be wearing a big black 'Fallen' T-shirt.
I am debating whether or not to shave between now and the tournament. How much power do I have in my beard...hmmm. Tough decisions.

I wonder what everyone is going to be bringing... I know I am looking at Orks and IG and maybe Dark Angels from Alaska.. Can't wait for missions. That was the hinge for the qualifiers in my opinion.

I'll be at Game Matrix. It's a toss up between Tyranids, Chaos, Eldar and Orks. And maybe Marines.

They aren't ruling that you must use the same army from locals to regionals to finals this year. I may stick with Eldar, or use Space Marines, dunno yet. I think KrystalKeep is gonna be a really hot location, with some real shooters, but then again, regionals all over are hosting local champs. I'm already itchy to throw down...
BTW, KrystalKeep is running a 1750 Rogue Trader this sunday, and a doubles tourney next saturday, so come on down! It'll be a good chance to scope the venue, and lay down some smack talk for the regionals.

Dude...they have NEVER rules that you had to use the same army between rounds.
Oh yeah, if you're in Washington, Oregon or Idaho and planning on playing at the Game Matrix call them now.
I just signed up and they said they would have 8-10 tables.
I informed them that we had 52 players at last years Semi's. And we should probably have more this year.
