Really if you are after advice on the titan chassis you are asking for an artistic second opinion to back up an idea in your hesd of which is best. Frankly this will be entirely up to you. Personally I would choose a titan without a 'hood'.

I am, assuming likewise here that you like them all and cannot esily choose. However this time we can provide a little better help as we have something to go on.
A questiosn for you first: Are you planning on buiying any other super heavies in the near future, or have them already? It helps to know what you have got, or are planning to get, and what it can do.
The Guns.
I will assume that in order to avoid cheese you want two different guns. Choosing two of any gun is a bit like minimaxing your titan, let alone making it duller. So we need two different guns.
Turbo laser Destructor. The best gun available, you cannot go wrong by taking this gun. it has the range the firepower and the rate of fire. there is no downside except that it is overkill against infantry. The best way to cheese up a titan is to take two of these. I would settle or one in any event. While not my first choice if you want no other super heavy (except the odd aneblade) TAKE THIS GUN. Your army needs strength D somewhere, and here it is.
Inferno Cannon. The other obvious choice, mainly because you get an obscenely large template that kills
MEq on a 2+ with no saves except invulnerable permitted. This gun is your block clearer, platoon vaporiser and all round terror device.
Plasma Blastgun. While inferior to the Turbo laser I personally prefer it. It lacks the strength D but it has a very large blast radius, multiple fire options that are always fun. even trhe 'weaker' fire mode will instant kill T4 and cook termies, somethi9ng the inferno cannon cannot do.
Vulcan Megabolter. The least of the weapons, but still useful. the megabolter does not have the pure killing power of the other guns. sure it is heavy 15, but the amount of template the other weapons dish out covers more than the ten hits the megabolter will do. Still a good weapon because you dont have to worry about scatter, the damage is more or less guaranteed.
So if your titan is alone and without expected support you clearly need Turbo laser and....
Plasma Blastgun - While an official loadout I would not recommend this, both guns have a roughly similar role. You dont need this on a titan, you need againast all comers.
Megabolter - Nothing wrong here, you get precision shooting against infantry and good high power shots. No downside.
Inferno Cannon - Frankly the option I would recommend above all others, you lack the 'precision' of the megabolter, but trade this off against the sure kill of the cover negating inferno blast.
Assuming you want or have other high powered units with strength D attacks take the more versatile Plasma Blastgun and Inferno Cannon/Megabolter, again with Inferno Cannon being prefered for reasons listed above.
in any event do not take Megabolter and Inferno cannon unless you plan oj buying a lot of titans. This is a very specialised anti infantry titan which while exceptionally potent in its role is no good as a stand alone heavy unit. Sure the Titan Legions will see good reason to outfit plenty of warhounds this way, fast and able to cut down infantry in multiple ways. However as a single support unit for an army you could do much better. While intended as a scout back in the early days of the Imperium, when such wunderwaffe were commonplace, the warhound is by the 41st millenium a rare and precious heavy assault unit. Giving it megabolter and inferno cannon leaves the titan with no defence against heavy tanks, an inefficient kill prospect against medium tanks and terminators. This can only be described as
not good. Wait until you have more titans, as the anti infantry configurations are designed purely as trailblazers to punish infantry in the way of the heavier and even more precious heavy titans following up behind.
For that matter if you do ever get a second warhound get the two guns you have not bought with this one, then you can swap and change as you please. When working as a pair, as intended, just about all the combinations work.
