I'm really liking the armor/paint of the first one.

Paint job on the armor of the terminator is great, though I agree about the eyes.

To fix the eyes, paint them totally black, then dot white paint into the corners instead of dotting in the black in the centre of white as you have done. That makes the eyes look a lot more even and less surprised. You can see an example of the technique here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/213535.page on the scouts and it looks a lot more natural in my opinion.

I tend to cheat completely with eyes.

I paint them as I suspect you have, the opposite of Legoburner. However, I then paint the flesh in around them. Works for me!

Nice the chaos militia champion was amazing! Terminator was also but the eyes.. but still good job!
