So I was looking at my copy of Codex: Orks today and notice one of the glyphs at the top of the page looked kind of like an intermediate between the Shocker and the Horns. Orky gang-signs? A Goffic salute? What?

I assume you're talking about 'Zog off'. There's a chart in just before the unit rules in the codex with all the glyphs.
